摘  要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,在温度为950~1150℃、应变速率为0.1~10 s^(-1)、变形量为70%条件下对汽轮机叶片用M152钢试样进行单道次压缩;为了更好模拟现场工艺,进行了多道次不同变形量组合的变形工艺模拟,以研究M152钢的高温塑性变形及动态再结晶行为;基于动态材料模型,构建了三维功率耗散图和三维失稳图。结果表明:M152钢的真应力-真应变曲线具有动态再结晶特征,峰值应力随变形温度的降低或应变速率的升高而增加,发生动态再结晶的临界应变随温度增加而降低;在真应力-真应变曲线的基础上,建立了材料热变形本构方程,其热激活能为290.445 kJ/mol;M152钢的最佳热加工的温度区间为950~1150℃、应变速率0.1~10 s^(-1)。在快锻变形过程中,采用先大变形量后小变形量的方式,有利于获得均匀的、晶粒尺寸适宜的组织。Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine was used to perform single-pass compression of M152 steel for steam turbine blades at 950-1150℃,strain rate of 0.1-10 s^(-1)and deformation of 70%.In order to better simulate the on-site process,multi-pass deformation process simulation with different deformation amounts was carried out to study the high-temperature plastic deformation and dynamic recrystallization behavior of M152 steel.Based on the dynamic material model,three-dimensional power dissipation diagram and three-dimensional instability diagram are constructed.The results show that the true stress-true strain curve of M152 steel has the characteristics of dynamic recrystallization,the peak stress increases with the decrease of deformation temperature or the increase of strain rate,and the critical strain for dynamic recrystallization decreases with the increase of temperature.On the basis of the true stress-strain curve,the constitutive equation of material thermal deformation is established,and its thermal activation energy is 290.445 kJ/mol.The optimum hot working temperature range of M152 steel is 950-1150℃and the strain rate is 0.1-10 s^(-1).In the process of rapid forging deformation,the method of first large deformation and then small deformation is adopted,which is beneficial to obtain uniform microstructure with appropriate grain size.
