摘　　要：智慧图书馆的发展对图书馆的资源管理与服务提出了更高的要求,新一代图书馆服务平台建设迎来新的发展机遇与挑战。该文通过文献和相关系统调研,概述以ALMA系统为代表的新一代图书馆服务平台的基本功能,结合笔者实际业务工作中存在的问题,从订单管理、资源发现、资源统计三个方面出发,探讨中文电子资源在元数据与统计功能建设上的标准化问题,以及图书馆与服务平台、数据库之间数据循环应用的可能性。由此可实现外购电子资源元数据的同步,发挥图书馆一站式检索的优势,而通过规范化的电子资源统计数据能够为图书馆的资源建设提供良好的决策支持。The development of smart libraries has put forward higher requirements for library resource management and services,and the new generation of library service platforms are facing new development opportunities and challenges.This article summarizes the basic functions of the new generation library service platform represented by ALMA system through literature and related system research.Based on the problems existing in the author's actual business work,it explores the standardization of Chinese electronic resources in metadata and statistical function construction from three aspects:order management,resource discovery,and resource statistics,as well as the possibility of data circulation application between libraries,service platforms,and databases.This can achieve synchronization of purchased electronic resource metadata,leveraging the advantages of one-stop retrieval in libraries.Standardized electronic resource statistical data can provide good decision support for library resource construction.
