摘　　要：本文以XML文件和关系型数据库为例,探讨元数据的多种表现形式和管理方式。通过数据管理、电子档案和建设项目三个层面的论述深入阐述建设项目电子档案元数据的特点和应用。结合现行标准和深圳典型案例经验,分析建设项目电子档案元数据在实际应用中存在的问题,如复杂性、困难性和缺乏主动性,并提出了应对策略。通过这些探讨和分析,为建设项目电子档案元数据的管理和应用提供有益的参考。This article takes XML files and relational databases as examples to explore various forms and management methods of metadata.Through in-depth discussions on data management,electronic archives,and construction projects at three levels,the characteristics and applications of metadata in electronic archives of construction projects are explained.Based on current standards and case experiences,the article analyzes the problems of metadata in practical applications of electronic archives of construction projects.Based on typical case experiences such as pilot projects for electronic archives of construction projects in Shenzhen,strategies for addressing these issues are proposed.
