摘　　要：广西壮族自治区住房和城乡建设厅作为自治区内住房和城乡建设领域的管理机构,致力于推动信息化与该领域科研活动及管理体系的深度融合。数据作为一种新型生产要素,是数字化转型、网络互联、智能应用的基础,正迅速渗透到住房城乡建设管理的各个环节,旨在不断提升管理效能,促进住房城乡建设事业的高质量发展。本文旨在阐述当前住房城乡建设数据的管理现状,剖析数据管理中遭遇的主要挑战,并针对这些挑战设计一套符合当前实际的数据管理策略与解决方案。文中将引入基于广西壮族自治区住房和城乡建设厅的数据管理实践案例,详细介绍数据全生命周期管理,实现对住房城乡建设领域内各类数据在全生命周期内的安全管控,有效支撑自治区住建厅业务的长期、优质发展。The Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,as the management agency in the field of housing and urban-rural development within the autonomous region,is committed to promoting the deep integration of information technology with scientific research activities and management systems in this field.As a new type of production factor,data is the foundation of digital transformation,network interconnection,and intelligent applications.It is rapidly penetrating into various aspects of housing and urban-rural construction management,aiming to continuously improve management efficiency and promote the high-quality development of housing and urban-rural construction.This article aims to elaborate on the current management status of housing and urban-rural construction data,analyze the main challenges encountered in data management,and design a set of data management strategies and solutions that are in line with current reality to address these challenges.The article will introduce a data management practice case based on the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and provide a detailed introduction to data lifecycle management to achieve secure control of various data in the field of housing and urban-rural development throughout its lifecycle,effectively supporting the long-term and high-quality development of the business of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department of the autonomous region.
