摘　　要：【目的】探究柠条锦鸡儿种子特征及萌发特性。【方法】本研究以8份不同种源柠条锦鸡儿种子为材料,对其横径、纵径、千粒重、发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数等指标进行测定,采用灰色关联度法对不同种源柠条锦鸡儿材料进行分析,以综合评价其种子质量。【结果】不同种源柠条锦鸡儿种子特征及萌发特性均存在一定差异,8个种源柠条锦鸡儿种子的千粒重介于46.00~67.80 g之间,纵径介于6.28~8.21 mm之间,横径介于3.58~4.77 mm之间。巴拉贡种源的柠条锦鸡儿种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数显著低于其他7个种源(P<0.05),发芽率和发芽势仅为1%,发芽指数为0.07;其他7个种源中,发芽率介于35%~94%之间。相关分析显示,种子纵径、横径、厚度和千粒重间的关系不显著(P>0.05),发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数关系较显著(P<0.05),种子形态和萌发性状关系不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】灰色关联度分析显示,7个种源柠条锦鸡儿种子形态和发芽情况由好到差依次为:木凯淖尔种源、小壕兔种源、嘎鲁图种源、乌兰陶勒盖种源、锡尼种源、昂素种源、尔林兔种源。【Objective】To explore the seed features and germination characteristics of Caragana korshinskii.【Method】8 Caragana korshinskii from different provenances were used to measure the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,1000-grain weight,germination rate,germination potential and germination index.The materials of Caragana korshinskii from different provenances were analyzed by grey correlation method to evaluate the seed quality comprehensively.【Result】The results showed that there were some differences in seed characteristics and germination characteristics of Caragana korshinskii from different provenances.The 1000-grain weight of Caragana korshinskii seeds from 8 provenances ranged from 46.00 to 67.80 g.Longitudinal diameter was between 6.28-8.21 mm,and the transverse diameter was between 3.58-4.77 mm.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Caragana korshinskii seed from Balagong provenance were significantly lower than those from the other the 7 provenance(P<0.05).The germination rate and germination potential were only 1%,and the germination index was 0.07.In the other 7 provenances,the germination rate ranged from 35%to 94%.Correlation analysis showed that the relationship between longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,thickness and 1000-grain weight was not significant(P>0.05).The relationship between germination rate,germination potential and germination index was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant relationship between seed morphology and germination traits(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Grey correlation degree analysis showed that the seed morphology and germination of Caragana korshinskii from 7 provenances were as follows:Mukainaoer Town>Xiaohaotu Town>Galutu Town>Wulantaolegai Town>Xini Town>Angsu Town>Erlintu Town.
