摘  要:落叶松毛虫隶属于鳞翅目、枯叶蛾科、松毛虫属,是中国东北、内蒙古等北方林区危害落叶松的重要害虫。当该虫害爆发时,松树的针叶被吃光,使枝干形同火烧,严重时使松林成片枯死。【目的】探究无公害农药对内蒙古绰尔地区落叶松毛虫的杀虫效果。【方法】本研究利用室内喷雾法模拟绰尔地区飞防比较了当地使用的2种生物源无公害杀虫剂:阿维菌素和烟碱-苦参碱对落叶松毛虫的防治效果。【结果】研究结果表明,两种无公害农药在施用24、48、72和96 h后对落叶松毛虫的致死率随着时间延长而增长,超过施药96 h后致死率没有进一步增长。其中稀释100倍浓度的0.5%烟碱-苦参碱与稀释1000倍的5%阿维菌素相比,落叶松毛虫的死亡率更高。【结论】这些结果为制定有效的松毛虫防治策略以及无公害农药的筛选提供了有价值的参考。Dendrolimus superans belongs to the order Lepidoptera,family Lasiocampidae,genus Dendrolimus,and is a significant pest that poses a threat to larch trees in northeastern China,Inner Mongolia,and other northern forest regions.It causes severe damage by consuming the needles of larch trees,resulting in weakened tree growth and facilitating the infestation of secondary pests.【Objective】This study aimed to study the insecticidal effect of non-pollution pesticide on Dendrolimus superans in Chaoer area of Inner Mongolia.【Method】In this study,the control effects of two biological pollution-free insecticides,abamectin and nicotine-matrine,on Dendrolimus superans were compared by indoor spray simulation in Chaoer area.【Result】The results revealed that two plant-derived pesticides exhibited time-dependent mortality rates for Dendrolimus superans in 24,48,72,96 h after application,with no further increase beyond 96 h.0.5%dilution of nicotine-matrine at 100 times concentration demonstrated superior mortality rates for Dendrolimus superans compared to 5%dilution abamectin at 1000 times.【Conclusion】These results provide valuable insights for formulating effective prevention and control strategies against Dendrolimus superans in forests within the Chaoer region and the screening of pollution-free pesticides.
