基于遥感生态指数的防沙治沙工程治理成效评价

摘  要:【目的】川西北是我国沙化土地的主要分布区,生态环境极为脆弱,监测川西北防沙治沙工程实施前后的生态环境质量变化,评价防沙治沙工程的治理成效,对指导沙化土地的科学治理具有重要意义。【方法】以防沙治沙工程实施前后(2004年、2014年)的Landsat TM/OLI为基础数据源,从湿度、绿度、干度和热度4个方面分别提取湿度指数(WET)、归一化植被指数(NDVI)、地表温度(LST)、建筑物-裸土指数(NDBSI)4个分量指标,采用遥感生态指数(RSEI)对2004—2014年川西北防沙治沙工程治理区的生态环境质量进行监测和评价。【结果】2004—2014年间,研究区的RSEI均值由0.1314上升为0.1409,上升了7.2%,生态环境质量总体呈变好趋势;与2004年相比,2014年优和良等级比例增加4.9%,共有27.4%的区域生态环境质量变好,11.9%的区域生态变差;生态变好的区域主要分布在工程治理区,生态变差的区域主要位于沙化程度较重的区域。防沙治沙工程通过种草、植灌等方式治理沙化土地,提高了区域的植被覆盖面积,使得表示地表植被状况的绿度增加,区域生态环境质量变好。【结论】实施防沙治沙工程改善了区域生态环境质量,加强对沙化土地的治理,对于提高区域生态环境质量具有重要的作用。【Objective】The northwest of Sichuan is a major distribution area of sandy land in China,where the ecological environment is extremely fragile.Monitoring changes in ecological environment quality before and after the implementation of the sand prevention and control project in this region,and evaluating the effectiveness of this project,are of great significance for guiding the scientific management of sandy land.【Method】Based on Landsat remote sensing images from 2004 and 2014,the normalized wet index(WET),normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),land surface temperature(LST),and normalized difference building-soil index(NDBSI)were extracted to assess humidity,greenness,heat,and dryness.The remote sensing based ecological index(RSEI)was used to monitor and evaluate the eco-environment quality of the sand prevention and control project area in northwest Sichuan.【Result】From 2004 to 2014,the mean value of RSEI in the study area increased from 0.1314 to 0.1409,representing a 7.2%improvement,and indicating an overall enhancement of ecoenvironment quality.Compared with 2004,the proportion of high and good grades increased by 4.9%in 2014,with a total of 27.4%of the regional ecological environment quality showing improvement,while 11.9%remained poor.Areas with improved ecology are mainly concentrated in the project treatment zones,whereas areas with deteriorated ecology are primarily located in regions with more severe desertification.The sand prevention and control project,implemented through methods such as grass planting and irrigation,has increased the vegetation coverage in the region and enhanced the greenness of surface vegetation,resulting in better ecological environment quality in the area.【Conclusion】The implementation of the sand prevention and control project in northwest Sichuan has led to an improvement in regional eco-environment quality.Strengthening the management of sandy land plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of the regional ecological environment.
