摘 要:基于SINS惯导系统的移动式三维激光扫描方法,将三维激光扫描仪搭载于地铁隧道检测小车上,可快速、准确、大量采集地铁隧道三维点云数据,运用相应数据处理软件将三维点云模型展开还原,实现地铁隧道三维可视化,得到竣工测量需要的各种数据。以武汉市某地铁竣工项目为例,将基于点云数据形成的隧道边线、轨道边线与经传统测量技术所取得的测量成果进行精度对比分析,结果表明,该方法在地铁竣工测量中,具有可行性和一定的精度、效率优势。Combined with the moving three-dimensional laser scanning method of SINS inertial navigation system,the three-dimensional laser scanner is carried on the platform of subway tunnel detection vehicle to collect the data of subway tunnel rapidly,accurately and massively,the 3D point cloud model is developed and restored by using the analysis software of the as-built measurement processing platform to realize the 3D visualization of the subway tunnel.Taking a subway project completed in Wuhan as an example,the accuracy of the tunnel edge line and track edge line formed based on the point cloud data is compared with the measurement results obtained by traditional techniques,the results show that the method is feasible and has certain advantages of accuracy and efficiency in the subway completion measurement.
