摘  要:在大型精密设备拼装领域,产品尺寸不断增大、复杂程度日益提高,需要多种仪器联合测量。全站仪测量范围大、动态性能好,跟踪仪短距离测点精度极高,本文引入抗差Helmert方差分量估计,建立全站仪和跟踪仪严密整体平差模型,经过实测数据验证,两者联合测量可以改善空间点位的测量精度。In the assembly of large areas of precision equipment,the equipment is becoming larger and complexer,we need to use a variety of instruments.Total station has wide measuring range and good dynamic performance,laser tracker has high accuracy of measurement in short distance.This paper uses the robust Helmert variance component estimation for all station data to establish rigorous overall adjustment model of total station and laser tracker.The results showed that this method can better improve the positioning accuracy.
