摘　　要：为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于加强历史文化遗产保护的要求,解决历史文化资源数据缺乏统一标准、多源数据难以融合处理、共享和应用困难等问题,研究设计了历史文化资源数据库规范和数据测绘生产技术流程,建设了历史文化资源规划管理信息系统,经实践,成果已应用于国土空间规划、古建筑修缮保护、名城办管理支撑等方面,在名城规划管理、城市建设过程中发挥了重要作用。In order to implement the requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the protection of historical and cultural heritage,and solving the problems of lack of unified standards,non-fusion of poly source data,sharing and application difficulties in historical and cultural resources,the specifications of historical and cultural databases and data surveying and mapping production has been studied and formulated.The technical process,the construction of the historical and cultural resource planning management information system,the results are applied to land and space planning,ancient building repair and protection,and management support of famous cities,and played an important role in the planning and management of famous cities and urban construction.
