自然资源智能执法监察管理平台建设研究

摘　　要：为了解决当前自然资源执法监察存在内部各类执法监察业务系统多而不统、数据标准不统一以及信息孤岛现象严重等问题,提出3S、移动互联、人工智能、空间大数据等先进技术搭建自然资源智能执法监察管理平台的建设思路。本文详细阐述了平台的建设内容、执法监察管理流程、技术架构、关键技术以及功能实现等内容,极大提高了执法效率和数据使用效率,增强了平台的透明度和可靠性,为实现自然资源的高效管理和持续保护提供了坚实支撑。In order to solve the problems of various internal law enforcement and supervision systems of natural resources law enforcement and supervision,data standards are not uniform,and information island phenomenon is serious,the construction idea of 3S,Mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,spatial big data and other advanced technologies to build an intelligent law enforcement and supervision management platform for natural resources is proposed.This paper describes in detail the construction content,law enforcement supervision and management process,technical architecture,key technologies and functional implementation of the platform,which greatly improves the efficiency of law enforcement and data use,enhances the transparency and reliability of the platform,and provides solid support for the efficient management and sustainable protection of natural resources.
