摘　　要：着眼自然资源管理改革发展对信息化提出的深层次需求,从县级层面考虑,立足溧阳市实际情况,深入分析溧阳市自然资源数据现状和存在的问题。通过梳理、整合、规范基础测绘地理信息、国土空间规划、国土调查、林业、矿产、地政等各类数据库,完善数据资源体系,定制专题应用系统,完成了溧阳市自然资源“一张图”建设,有效支撑溧阳市自然资源调查监测、政务服务、监管决策、规划编研等工作。同时,溧阳市自然资源“一张图”依托常州市国土空间基础信息平台进行管理,实现了市县两级数据库的共建共享、互联互通。Focusing on the deep-seated demand proposed by the reform and development of natural resources,this paper takes the county level into consideration and based on the actual situation,and analyzes the current status and existing problems in-depth of Liyang City.By combing,integrating,standardizing various databases such as basic surveying and mapping geographical information,land and space planning,land survey,forestry,minerals,land,etc,improvimg the data resource system and customizing the special application system,“one map”for Liyang natural resources has been built.It effectively supports the investigation and monitoring of natural resources,government services,regulatory decisions,planning and research on natural resources in Liyang.At the same time,based on national land space fundamental information platform of Changzhou,“one map”for Liyang natural resources realizes the co-construction sharing and interconnection of the two-level database of the city and county.
