摘　　要：针对合肥市存量的地下管线数据及其信息管理系统特点,研究确定1954年北京坐标系转换为国家CGCS2000坐标系的转换模型,求解转换参数、研发转换软件,并完成地下管线、综合管廊、地铁及人防坑道等多类型属性地下空间数据的坐标转换。利用信息管理系统虚拟(假定)坐标系数据,研究解算一套CGCS2000坐标系转换为虚拟坐标系的转换模型参数,用于新增CGCS2000坐标系下的地下管线数据转换为虚拟坐标系,为今后数据成果管理与应用提供安全保障,并可为其他城市地下管线数据坐标转换提供参考。According to the characteristics of existing underground pipeline data in Hefei and its information management system,a transformation model for converting 1954 Beijing coordinate system to national CGCS2000 coordinate system was studied and determined.The transformation parameters were solved,the transformation software was developed,and the coordinate transformation of multi-type underground space data such as underground pipelines,utility tunnels,subways,and civil defense tunnels was completed.Using the virtual(assumed)coordinate system data from the information management system,a set of transformation model parameters for converting CGCS2000 coordinate system to the virtual coordinate system was studied and calculated,which is used to convert underground pipeline data under the newly added CGCS2000 coordinate system to the virtual coordinate system,providing security guarantees for future data achievement management and application.It can also provide a reference for the coordinate transformation of underground pipeline data in other cities.
