摘  要:使用AFT Fathom软件对50 MW导热油槽式光热电站导热油系统进行建模,模拟三个低流量工况下导热油在集热回路中的流量分配情况。模拟中太阳法向直射辐射、气象条件、场地条件、集热场布置、运行模式均采用某项目的实际数据。模拟结果表明,在低流量工况下集热回路间的流量分配不均匀,在流量最小的8.4%设计点工况部分回路出现断流。结合集热器的控制策略,估算得到流量分配不均对发电量的影响,33.5%设计点、16.8%设计点工况下发电量变化不明显,8.4%设计点工况下发电量减少20.65%,影响较为显著。A modeling study on heat transfer fluid system of 50 MW parabolic trough solar thermal power plant is conducted using AFT Fathom.The simulation of heat transfer fluid flow distribution in the collector circuits is proposed under three low flow conditions.In this simulation,the operation parameters,such as DNI value,meteorological condition,site condition,layout of the heat collection field and operation mode are all based on the actual data of a certain project.The simulation results show that uneven flow distribution exists among collector circuits under low flow conditions.Discontinuous flow appears in some circuits under the lowest 8.4%design point flow condition.Based on the collector control strategy,impacts of the uneven flow distribution on power generation are estimated.Under 33.5%and 16.8%design point conditions,decreases in power generation are not significant.While under 8.4%design point condition,the power generation decreases by 20.65%,indicating a significant impact.
