摘 要:软土地基上直埋长距离大口径输水管道,因管道对沉降敏感,地基的不均匀沉降导致管道的受力状态发生变化,易导致管道发生渗漏破坏。本文采用有限元软件PLAXIS 2D 对某海边电厂直埋循环水管道地基在3 m高厂区填土附加荷载作用下的沉降进行模拟分析,根据沉降量,提出直埋管道、两端封堵、管内注满水等管道固结沉降一年后沉降量完成90%以上,再将管道两端分别接入主厂房和曝气池,并现场进行沉降过程监测,结果表明:沉降监测值与有限元计算结果接近、趋势一致,项目投运两年后管道未发生渗漏破坏,达到预期要求,大大减少地基处理费用。The long-distance large-diameter water pipeline directly buried on the soft soil is sensitive to settlement due to its flexibility.The uneven settlement of the foundation leads to the change of the stress state of the pipeline,which is easy to cause leakage damage of the pipeline.In this paper,the finite element software PLAXIS 2D is used to simulate and analyze the settlement of the foundation of the directly buried circulating water pipeline in a seaside power plant under the additional load of 3 m high fill.According to the settlement amount,the directly buried pipeline is proposed.The two ends are blocked and the pipe is filled with water.After one year of consolidation settlement,the consolidation settlement of the pipeline is more than 90%.When the residual settlement is small,the two ends of the pipeline are respectively connected to the main plant and the aeration tank,and the settlement process is monitored on site.The results show that the settlement monitoring value is close to the finite element calculation result,and the trend is consistent.After the project is put into operation for two years,the pipeline has not experienced leakage damage,which meets the expected requirements.The cost of foundation treatment is greatly reduced.
