摘  要:以北方某2×1 000 MW机组为例,给出自然通风直接空冷系统和表凝式间接空冷系统的基本配置参数,并对两种空冷系统进行技术经济比较。结果表明:在技术上,自然通风直接空冷系统在气温较高时具有更低的运行背压;在经济上,自然通风直接空冷系统初投资较高,但年运行费用(含煤耗)低,具备较好的投资回收年限。最后结合自然通风直接空冷系统特点和已投运机组冬季运行经验,给出自然通风直接空冷系统的防冻及降低凝结水过冷度的有效措施。Taking a 2×1000 MW unit in northern China as an example,the basic configuration parameters of the natural ventilation direct air cooling system and the surface condensing indirect air cooling system are given,and the technical and economic comparison of the two air cooling systems is made.The results show that:in the technically,the natural ventilation direct air cooling system has a lower operating back pressure when the temperature is high.In the economically,the initial investment of natural ventilation direct air cooling is high,but the annual operating cost(including coal consumption)is low,and it has a good payback period.Finally,combined with the characteristics of natural ventilation direct air cooling system and the winter operation experience of the operation units,the effective measures for antifreeze and reducing the subcooling degree of condensate of natural ventilation direct air cooling system are given.
