摘  要:本文从理论和实践层面分析国内规范在引进ВТИ煤粉爆炸指数中存在的误区;通过对国内外多种文献的比较分析,从以下三大基本问题进行探索:①爆炸指数确定方法选择;②爆炸指数分级界定标准及等级选择;③与爆炸指数等级配套防爆对策的选择。基于探索结果指出应予澄清的误区;提出可以取代ВТИ准则或俄2000标准的精准简化计算方法;分析煤粉爆炸指数等级与提升磨煤机防爆温度之间的关系;并提出运用煤粉爆炸指数定性指标—防爆温度线图来定性分析防爆配煤操作中的优化路线问题。This paper analyzes misunderstandings in explosion parameter of pulverized coal from the theoretical and practical aspects as the domestic norms introducingВТИ.Through comparative analysis of various domestic and foreign literatures,the following three basic issues are explored.①Selection of explosion parameter determination method.②Explosion parameter classification definition standard and grade selection.③Selection of explosion-proof countermeasures matching with explosion parameter grade.Based on the exploration results,the misunderstanding that should be clarified is pointed out.It is the first to propose the precise and simplified calculation method which can replaceВТИstandard or Russian 2000 standard.The relationship between the explosion parameter grade of pulverized coal and the explosion-proof temperature of coal mill is analyzed.The pulverized coal explosion qualitative index-explosion-proof temperature line diagram is proposed to qualitatively analyze the optimization route in explosion—proof coal blending operation.
