摘 要:比较政治学的概念研究起源于上个世纪中叶,以阿尔蒙德为代表的结构功能主义者首开其端。在批判结构功能主义的基础上,萨托利奠定了以“二分法”为基本特征的经典概念研究传统,并长期居于主流地位。与此同时,在中国政治研究领域,邹谠与萨托利展开了有针对性的对话,捍卫和发展结构功能主义的概念分析策略,形成了不同于萨托利的以“程度主义”为特征的概念研究传统。由于各种原因(包括冷战),结构功能主义和邹谠的概念研究传统被遮蔽了。立足新时代,复盘萨托利和邹谠的概念分析策略,中国政治研究应“将邹谠带回来”,超越二分法的局限。基于“中国式现代化”实践而从事的知识自主生产/概念—理论创新,既要克服西方中国政治研究中的系统性偏见,也要保持开放的学术对话,从而将中国经验带入比较政治学的知识传统。The conceptual research in comparative politics originated in the mid-2000s,pioneered by structural functionalists represented by Gabriel A.Almond.Building on critiques of structural functionalism,Giovanni Sartori established a classic tradition of conceptual research characterized by“dichotomy,”which has long held a mainstream position.Meanwhile,in the field of Chinese political studies,Tsou Tang engaged in targeted dialogue with Sartori,defending and developing a conceptual analysis strategy rooted in structural functionalism,resulting in the conceptual research tradition characterized by“gradualism,”which is distinct from Sartori's approach.For various reasons(including the Cold War),both structural functionalism and Tsou Tang's conceptual research tradition have been overshadowed.Beginning with the historical context,the author introduces and compares the conceptual analysis strategies of Sartori and Tsou Tang.Based on an academic review and evaluation,the author advocates for“bringing Tsou Tang's conceptual paradigm back”and transcending the limitations of dichotomy.Knowledge production and conceptual-theoretical innovation grounded in the practice of“Chinese modernization”must overcome systemic biases in Western Chinese political studies while maintaining an open academic dialogue,thereby incorporating Chinese experiences into the knowledge tradition of comparative politics.
