摘 要:目的:探讨人型支原体(MH)和解脲支原体(UU)感染与不孕症的相关性及药敏情况。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法。选取2021年6月至2022年7月在福建省南平市人民医院接受治疗的不孕症女性116例作为研究对象(观察组),以同期在同一家医院进行健康体检的130例女性作为健康对照组,分别取两组受试者的宫颈分泌物进行MH和UU检测,同时进行药敏试验,比较两组受试者的检测结果以及药敏试验结果。结果:纳入本次研究的患者中原发性不孕症54例,继发性不孕症62例,原发性与继发性不孕症患者MH、UU、UU+MH的检出率均较健康对照组高(P<0.05),但继发性与原发性不孕症患者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。药敏分析结果显示,UU对四环素、强力霉素的药敏率最高,分别为91.30%、89.13%,对氧氟沙星、交沙霉素、阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星等药物的敏感率较高,分别为82.61%、82.61%、78.26%、76.09%,对克拉霉素、罗红霉素、美满霉素、司巴沙星等药物的敏感率一般,分别为52.17%、50.00%、47.83%、47.83%,对于氟喹诺酮类药物中的环丙沙星表现出较高的耐药性,敏感率为15.22%。MH对强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素的敏感率较高,分别为84.62%、80.77%、76.92%,对克拉霉素、司巴沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星的敏感率一般,分别为69.23%、38.46%、34.62%、34.62%,对四环素、阿奇霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素、环丙沙星均表现出较高的耐药性,敏感率分别为7.69%、7.69%、7.69%、3.85%、3.85%;MH+UU混合感染敏感性最高的药物为四环素,敏感性为100%,其次为强力霉素和交沙霉素,分别为81.82%、72.73%,对于本研究纳入的其他药物则表现出极高的耐药性。统计83株支原体耐药情况,全部敏感的UU共有3株,未发现全部耐药株,UU同时对2种、3种抗菌药物耐药的耐药率相对较高,分别为17.39%、21.74%,同时对4种抗菌药物耐药的耐药率更高,为28.26%;MH同�Objective:To explore the correlation between mycoplasma hominis(MH)and ureaplasma UU infection and infertility patients and the results of drug sensitivity analysis.Methods:This was a prospective study.A total of 116 women with infertility who received treatment in Nanping People's Hospital of Fujian from June 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects(the observation group).And another 130 women who underwent physical examination in the same hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Cervical secretions of the subjects in the two groups were respectively detected for MH and UU.The drug sensitivity test was carried out at the same time,and the test results of the two groups were compared.Result:Among the patients included in this study,there were 54 cases of primary infertility and 62 cases of secondary infertility.The detection rates of MH,UU and UU+MH in both primary and secondary infertility patients were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between secondary and primary infertility patients(P>0.05).The results of drug sensitivity analysis showed that UU had the highest drug sensitivity to tetracycline and doxycycline(91.30%and 89.13%,respectively),and higher sensitivity to ofloxacin,lucamycin,azithromycin and levofloxacin(82.61%,82.61%,78.26%and 76.09%,respectively).The sensitivity rate to clarithromycin,roxithromycin,miamycin and sparfloxacin was generally(52.17%,50.00%,47.83%and 47.83%,respectively).The drug resistance to ciprofloxacin in fluoroquinolones was high,with a sensitivity rate of 15.22%.MH was sensitive to doxycycline,lucamycin and melomycin(84.62%,80.77%and 76.92%,respectively),while the sensitivity rate to clarithromycin,sparfloxacin,offloxacin and levofloxacin were generally(69.23%,38.46%,34.62%and 34.62%,respectively).The resistance to tetracycline,azithromycin,erythromycin,roxithromycin and ciprofloxacin was high,and the sensitivity rates were 7.69%,7.69%,7.69%,3.85%and 3.85%,respectively.T
