君迁子叶斑部病原鉴定及防治建议

摘  要:为明确君迁子Diospyros lotus叶部病害的病原,对叶片发病部位进行组织分离,通过形态学观察结合ITS、GAPDH、ACT和TUB2多基因系统发育分析及致病性测定鉴定病原。结果表明:从田间2种感病叶片上分离6株真菌,鉴定炭疽菌属Colletotrichum 3个种C. juglandicola、C. mengyinense和C. siamense;接种到健康叶片上,均能引起接种部位发病。C. juglandicola、C. mengyinense和C.siamense均是君迁子叶部炭疽病的病原真菌,且C. juglandicola和C. mengyinense在柿科植物上被首次报道。该结果可为君迁子炭疽病病原真菌多样性及防治研究提供理论参考。To clarify the pathogen of leaf spot on Diospyros lotus,based on morphological indenification,multigene phylogenetic analysis of ITS,GAPDH,ACT and TUB2 genes as well as pathogenicity test,the causal agents were identified.The results showed that six isolates were obtained from leaves of D.lotus with two symptoms in field,in which three species of Colletotrichum,C.juglandicola,C.mengyinense and C.siamense,were identified.C.juglandicola,C.mengyinense and C.siamense could cause leaf disease at the inoculation site of healthy D.lotus leaves,and C.juglandicola and C.mengyinense were first reported on Ebenaceae.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the diversity of pathogenic fungi and the control of D.lotus anthracnose.
