摘  要:在青海祁连山国家公园仙米片区首次发现重寄生于小檗绢粉蝶Aporia hippia的小齿腿长尾小蜂Monodontomerus minor,介绍该属的鉴别特征,重新描述该种的形态特征,提供彩色整体图和部分特征图,初步观察其生物学特性。通过Illumina二代测序技术,测序组装注释该小蜂线粒体基因组全序列,分析线粒体基因的碱基组成、密码使用偏好,利用该属3条COX1基因序列进行系统发育分析。小齿腿长尾小蜂线粒体基因组的AT含量为84.90%,该物种蛋白编码基因倾向于使用亮氨酸(Leu)编码,同时偏好使用TTA密码子,暗齿腿长尾小蜂Monodontomerus obscurus与其亲缘关系最近。研究标本保存在国家林业和草原局生物灾害防控中心。Monodontomerus minor hyperparasitizing in Aporia hippia was found for the first time in Xianmi area of Qilianshan National Park,Qinghai province.The identification characteristics of Monodontomerus were introduced,the morphological characteristics of M.minor were redescribed and illustrated,and bionomics of M.minor were investigated.The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of M.minor was sequenced and annotated by Illumina second‑generation sequencing technology.The base composition and codon usage bias of the mitochondrial genes were also analyzed.The phylogenetic relationships within Monodontomerus were analyzed based on three COX1 gene sequences.The relationship between M.obscurus and M.minor.was the closest.The AT content of the mitochondrial genome was 84.90%.Protein‑coding genes(PCGs)of M.minor tend to use leucine(Leu)encoding and preferentially use the TTA codon.Specimens are deposited in Center for Biological Disaster Prevention and Control,National Forestry and Grassland Administration.
