摘 要:为明确油茶间座壳叶枯病菌Diaporthe mahothocarpus GZU-Y2的生物学特性,筛选有效防治药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法观察不同氮源、碳源、pH值、温度、光周期及不同培养基对GZU-Y2菌株生长的影响,采用菌丝生长抑制率法室内测定3种常用杀菌剂对GZU-Y2菌株的毒力。结果表明:D.mahothocarpus GZU-Y2菌株最适氮源为蛋白胨,最适碳源为甘露醇,最适pH值为5,28℃、全光照培养、马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)最有利于菌丝生长;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂(WP)、50%多菌灵WP、70%甲基硫菌灵WP对GZU-Y2菌株菌丝生长均有一定抑制效果,50%多菌灵WP抑菌效果最强,EC50为1.223μg/mL,可作为防治油茶间座壳叶枯病的优选药剂。该研究结果可为油茶叶枯病的科学防控提供一定参考。To clarify the biological characteristics of Diaporthe mahothocarpus GZU–Y2 causing leaf blight of Camellia oleifera,and to screen effective control agents,the mycelial growth rate method was used to observe the effects of different nitrogen and carbon sources,pH,temperature,photoperiod and different culture media on the growth of the GZU–Y2 strain,and the mycelial growth inhibition method was used to determine the virulence of three commonly used fungicides on the GZU–Y2 strain indoor.The results showed that the optimum nitrogen source for D.mahothocarpus GZU-Y2 strain was peptone,the optimum carbon source was mannitol,the optimum pH value was five,and 28℃,full light culture,potato dextrose agar medium(PDA)were most favorable for mycelial growth;mancozeb 80%WP,carbendazim 50%WP,thiophanate-methyl 70%WP had certain inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of GZU–Y2 strain,and carbendazim 50%WP had the strongest inhibitory effect with an EC_(50)of 1.223μg/mL,which could be used as the preferred agent for the prevention and control of leaf blight of C.oleifera caused by D.mahothocarpus.The results can provide a certain reference for the scientific prevention and control of leaf blight of C.oleifera.
