青海枸杞害虫刺沟须麦蛾生物学特性初步研究

摘　　要：为有效防治枸杞Lycium chinense害虫刺沟须麦蛾Scrobipalpa erichiodes,通过3 a的野外及室内观察,并采取诱捕器和不同颜色粘虫板观察法,明确其生物学特性。结果表明:刺沟须麦蛾在青海1 a发生2代,以成虫在田间杂草丛、防护林落叶层、灌溉井等避风隐蔽处越冬。越冬成虫于翌年4月中下旬出蛰活动;第1代幼虫在5月中旬出现,蛀食嫩梢、花蕾、果实,6月中下旬化蛹,6月下旬至8月上旬(果熟期)进入第1代成虫羽化期;8月中旬为第2代成虫期,9月上旬第2代成虫开始进入越冬态。成虫对白色色板趋性强,对蓝色也有一定趋性,对黄色、绿色和红色趋性弱。紫光光源对成虫有强烈的诱杀效果,黄光光源也有一定的诱杀效果。研究结果可为青海省刺沟须麦蛾种群监测和防治提供参考。To effectively control Scrobipalpa erichiodes against Lycium chinense,the biological characteristics of S.erichiodes was determined for three years observations in field and indoor as well as trapping experiments with trap and different color sticky boards.The results showed that S.erichiodes had two generations a year in Qinghai.The adults overwintered in shelters such as field weeds,protective forest deciduous layers and irrigation wells.The overwintering adults first emerged in mid‑to‑late April of the following year.The first generation of larvae appeared in mid‑May,feeding on tender shoots,buds and fruits,pupated in mid‑to‑late June,and entered the first generation of adult emergence from late‑June to early‑August(fruit ripening period).The mid‑August was the second generation adult stage,and the second generation adults began to enter the overwintering state in early‑September.Adults had the strong tendency to white sticky board,the certain tendency to blue,and the weak tendency to yellow,green and red.Purple light had a strong trapping effect on the adults,and yellow light also had the trapping effect.These results provided a basis for monitoring and controlling the S.erichiodes population in Qinghai province.
