摘  要:为探索远红光辐照环境下水稻幼苗气孔导度模型及提高模型模拟精度,开展了远红光辐照环境下两个品种水稻幼苗气体交换参数及气孔特性观测试验。选择Ball-Berry线性气孔导度半经验模型(BB模型)和最优气孔行为理论模型(USO模型),分别从宏观与微观角度对水稻幼苗叶片气孔导度进行设定,研究远红光辐照环境下水稻幼苗气孔导度响应,拟合光控环境气孔导度模型,引入修正光合速率对远红光环境气孔导度模型进行修正,采用相关系数(R^(2))、标准误差(RMSE)、平均绝对误差(MAE)对修正模型进行评价。结果表明,修正后BB模型和USO模型模拟精度分别显著提高15.3%和8%,对光控农业水碳循环的计算和生物节水研究提供理论依据。In order to explore stomatal conductance model for rice seedlings under far-red light irradiation environment and improve sim-ulation accuracy of this model,observation experiments were conducted on gas exchange parameters and stomatal characteristics of two varieties of rice seedlings under far-red light irradiation environment.Ball-Berry linear stomatal conductance semi empirical model(BB model)and optimal stomatal behavior theoretical model(USO model)were selected to set stomatal conductance of rice seedlings from macro and micro perspectives.Responses of stomatal conductance of rice seedlings under far-red light irradiation environment were stud-ied.Stomatal conductance model of light controlled environment was fitted and stomatal conductance model of far-red light environment was modified based on corrected photosynthetic rate.Revised model was evaluated using correlation coefficient(R^(2)),standard error(RMSE),and mean absolute error(MAE).Results showed that simulation accuracy of modified BB model and USO model has significantly improved by 15.3%and 8%,respectively.It could provide theoretical basis for calculation of light controlled agricultur-al water carbon cycle and research on biological water-saving.
