摘 要:为掌握浙南典型林分植物挥发性有机物(BVOCs)组成和释放的时空变化规律,并分析环境因子对BVOCs释放的影响,为森林康养活动的设计提供科学依据,以浙南典型的黄山松林、柳杉林、毛竹林、常绿阔叶林为研究对象,采用主动采样法测定不同森林类型内BVOCs的组成,分析主要BVOCs的时空变化规律及环境因子对其的影响。结果显示:(1)4种林分中,化合物种类从44种到72种,种类最多的是常绿阔叶林内,醇类、芳香烃类、醛类、酮类、烷烃类、烯烃类、氧化物、酯类共8类化合物的相对含量占总挥发物的78%以上,是林分挥发性有机物的主要成分。(2)各类BVOCs占总BVOCs比例均受季节变化影响,且烯烃类、醛类2类物质受影响较大,不同季节间差异均显著。(3)4个林分中α-蒎烯含量差异较大,含量最高的是黄山松林,最大达到52999.19 mg·m^(-3)。α-蒎烯在黄山松林中春季和夏季的最高值都出现在上午10:00,而秋季是下午14:00的含量最高,到了冬季则为中午12:00的含量最高。(4)常绿阔叶林的α-蒎烯含量与温度、PM_(10)存在显著相关性(P<0.05),与PM_(2.5)之间存在极显著相关性(P<0.01)。In order to better grasp the spatiotemporal variation of the composition and release of volatile organic compounds(BVOCs)from typical stand plants in southern Zhejiang,and analyze the effects of environmental factors on the release of BVOCs,so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of forest health activities.Taking the typical Pinus hwangshanensis forest,Cryptomeria japonica forest,Phyllostachys edulis forest and evergreen broad-leaved forest in southern Zhejiang Province as the research object,the composition of BVOCs in different forest types was determined by active sampling method,and the temporal and spatial variation of the main BVOCs and the influence of environmental factors on them were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)Among the four stands,the types of compounds ranged from 44 to 73,and the most diverse species were in the evergreen broad-leaved forest,and the relative contents of 8 types of compounds,including alcohols,aromatic hydrocarbons,aldehydes,ketones,alkanes,olefins,oxides and esters,accounted for more than 78% of the total volatiles,which were the main components of volatile organic compounds in the stands.(2)The proportion of BVOCs in total BVOCs was affected by seasonal variations,and olefins and aldehydes were greatly affected,and there were significant differences between different seasons.(3)The content ofα-pinene in the four stands was quite different,and the highest content was in the Pinus hwangshanensis forest,with a maximum content of 52999.19 mg·m^(-3).The highest value ofα-pinene in Pinus hwangshanensis forest was at 10:00 a.m.in spring and summer,and the highest content was at 14:00 p.m.in autumn and 12:00 p.m.in winter.(4)There was a significant correlation betweenα-pinene content and temperature and PM_(10)(P<0.05)and PM_(2.5)(P<0.01)only in evergreen broad-leaved forest.
