摘 要:为明确生防菌株L2-2对蓝莓灰霉病的防治机理,根据形态学与分子生物学对菌株L2-2进行鉴定,利用平板对峙法测定其对蓝莓灰霉病致病菌灰葡萄孢菌HM4-1菌丝和生长的抑制效果;同时,通过盆栽试验测定菌株L2-2对蓝莓灰霉病的防治效果和对蓝莓相关防御酶活性的影响,并分析蓝莓叶际微生物群落组成变化。结果显示:(1)菌株L2-2为苏云金芽孢杆菌;菌株L2-2及其发酵液对蓝莓灰霉病原菌抑制率分别为72.01%、41.56%;(2)菌株L2-2回接蓝莓盆栽苗处理中对蓝莓灰霉病预防和治疗效果达75.55%、69.58%;(3)植物防御酶SOD、POD、CAT、PPO、PAL活性出现不同程度提高,出现的最高提升分别为142.04%、199.35%、428.85%、1318.74%、127.33%;(4)叶际微生物群落分析中,菌株L2-2处理的盆栽苗芽孢杆菌属相对丰度提高了52.53%。可得结论:菌株L2-2能够有效降低蓝莓灰霉病的发生,研究结果能够为蓝莓灰霉病生物防治提供一定的理论依据。To clarify the control mechanism of the biocontrol strain L2-2 against blueberry gray mold,the strain was identified using morphological and molecular biology methods.The antagonistic effect of strain L2-2 against the gray mold pathogen Botrytis cinerea HM4-1 was assessed using the dual-culture plate method.Additionally,pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of strain L2-2 in controlling blueberry gray mold and its impact on related defense enzyme activities in blueberries,as well as to analyze the changes in the leaf-associated microbial community composition.The results indicated that strain L2-2 is B.thuringiensis.The inhibition rates of strain L2-2 and its fermentation broth against the gray mold pathogen were 72.01%and 41.56%,respectively.The treatment of potted blueberry seedlings with strain L2-2 achieved prevention and treatment efficacy rates of 75.55%and 69.58%against gray mold.The activities of plant defense enzymes SOD,POD,CAT,PPO,and PAL increased to varying degrees,with the highest increases of 142.04%,199.35%,428.85%,1318.74%,and 127.33%,respectively.In the analysis of the leaf-associated microbiota,the relative abundance of Bacillus species in potted seedlings treated with strain L2-2 increased by 52.53%.In summary,strain L2-2 effectively suppresses the occurrence of blueberry gray mold,and the research findings provide a theoretical basis for the biological control of blueberry gray mold.
