摘 要:为探讨易氧化有机碳、可溶性有机碳、微生物生物量碳与土壤有机碳和其他理化指标间关系,以广东珠海淇澳岛内典型红树林群落(秋茄、桐花树、银叶树、8 a无瓣海桑、13 a无瓣海桑、18 a无瓣海桑、无瓣海桑+木榄)为研究对象,测定其0~40 cm土层的土壤基本理化性质、有机碳及组分含量,分析典型红树林群落土壤有机碳及组分的主要影响因素。结果显示:(1)7个红树林群落土壤容重均值为0.57~0.87 g·cm^(-3),pH值均值为5.30~6.97,土壤全氮、全磷、全钾含量均值分别为1.05~2.43、0.38~1.26、14.83~22.73 g·kg^(-1)。7个红树林群落土壤有机碳含量均值为17.18~42.71 g·kg^(-1),易氧化有机碳、可溶性有机碳、微生物生物量碳含量均值分别为0.54~2.06 g·kg^(-1)、43.33~125.33 mg·kg^(-1)、243.78~701.40 mg·kg^(-1)。(2)土壤有机碳与可溶性有机碳,可溶性有机碳与微生物生物量碳含量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);土壤有机碳与微生物生物量碳含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);土壤有机碳、可溶性有机碳、微生物生物量碳含量均与土壤易氧化有机碳含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。(3)土壤有机碳及组分的主要影响因素是群落类型、地理位置、根系投入,不同群落类型下土壤理化性质的差异也会对土壤有机碳及组分产生直接或间接影响,土壤有机碳不同组分间也相互影响。To explore the relationship between easily soil readily oxidized organic carbon,dissolved organic carbon,microbial biomass and soil organic carbon,other physicochemical indicatorsin mangroves,the basic physical and chemical properties of the 0-40 cm soil,as well as the contents of organic carbon and its components in typical mangrove communities(Kandelia obovata,Aegiceras corniculatum,Heritiera littoralis,Sonneratia apetala of 8 years,Sonneratia apetala of 13 years,Sonneratia apetala of 18 years,and Sonneratia apetala+Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)were determined in Qi’ao Island,Zhuhai,Guangdong Province.The principal influencing factors of soil organic carbon and its components in typical mangrove communities were analyzed.The results indicated:(1)The average soil bulk density of the seven mangrove communities was 0.57-0.87 g·cm^(-3).The average pH value was 5.30-6.97.And the average soil total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium contents were 1.05-2.43 g·kg^(-1),0.38-1.26 g·kg^(-1),and 14.83-22.73 g·kg^(-)1,respectively.The average soil organic carbon content of the seven mangrove communities ranged from 17.18 g·kg^(-1) to 42.71 g·kg^(-1).And the average contents of soil readily oxidized organic carbon,dissolvable organic carbon,and microbial biomass carbon were 0.54-2.06 g·kg^(-1),43.33-125.33 mg·kg^(-1),and 243.78-701.40 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.(2)The soil organic carbon is extremely significantly positively correlated with the dissolved organic carbon(P<0.01),and the dissolved organic carbon is extremely significantly positively correlated with the microbial biomass carbon content(P<0.01);the soil organic carbon is significantly positively correlated with the microbial biomass carbon content(P<0.05);the soil organic carbon,dissolved organic carbon,and microbial biomass carbon content are all extremely significantly negatively correlated with the content of easily oxidizable organic carbon in the soil(P<0.01).(3)The main influencing factors of soil organic carbon and its components are community
