摘　　要：衰弱与老年人发生跌倒、髋部骨折密切相关。发生髋部骨折后进一步加速了衰弱的进展或者发生新的衰弱,严重影响老年髋部骨折患者预后。早期识别和管理衰弱能够有效改善衰弱相关健康结局。本共识基于循证证据,结合已公开发表的相关共识和指南,组织相关领域的专家,聚焦老年髋部骨折人群特点和围手术期衰弱护理管理的核心要素,旨在为老年髋部骨折患者围手术期衰弱的规范化评估和干预提供指引。Frailty is closely related to falls and hip fractures in the elderly.Hip fracture further aggravates the progress of frailty or new frailty,which seriously affects the prognosis of geriatric hip fracture patients.Early identification and management of frailty can effectively improve the health outcomes of hip fracture patients.This consensus is developed on the domestic and foreign literatures,evidence-based evidence,combining with the relevant consensus and guidelines,and focused on the characteristics of hip fracture population and the core elements of perioperative frailty management.This consensus is aimed to provide guidance for the standardized evaluation and intervention of perioperative frailty of geriatric hip fracture patients.
