摘　　要：北京围手术期医学会于2023年9月25日发布了《骨科择期手术患者围手术期禁食水管理指南》团体标准,确定了骨科择期手术患者围手术期禁食水原则,描述了缩短术前术后禁食水时间的适应证、禁忌证、管理流程、术前饮品的选择以及并发症的处理,提供了术前术后禁食水管理方法和并发症的处理方法。本文对该团体标准中提出的管理流程和建议进行解读,以期临床工作者能更好地在实践中使用此标准。In September 2023,Beijing Perioperative Medicine Study Society issued the association standard《Guidelines of Perioperative Fasting Management for Orthopaedic Patients Undergoing Elective Surgeries》,which determined the principles of perioperative fasting management for orthopedic elective surgery patients,described the indications,contraindications,management procedures,selection of preoperative beverages,and management of complications for shortening perioperative fasting management,and provided methods for perioperative fasting and water management as well as management of complications.This article provides an interpretation of recommendations proposed in the association standard,aiming to assist clinical staffs in comprehending and implementing the standard.
