空间组构视角下高层花园住宅布局型制研究——以福州市为例

摘　　要：在我国住宅供应多元化的背景下,“高层花园住宅”已经成为集合住宅新的聚焦方向之一。由于以往研究主要集中于住宅形态上且多以描述性分析为主,导致人们对于高层花园住宅空间布局型制与特征理解不足。以空间组构为视角分析高层花园住宅空间模式的差异,并选取福州市9个高层花园住宅居住区为研究对象,运用空间组构理论中的凸空间分析,解读高层花园住宅的空间布局型制,总结其“空间组构特征”。提出高层花园住宅的四种布局型制及其空间特征,并提出改善方案,以期为提升住宅居住品质提供理论支撑。With the increased modernization of urban houses and the diversification of residence supply in China,creating residential spaces that combine ecological benefits and foster community interaction in high-density urban environments has become a crucial issue in residential design.As a key trend in collective housing,high-rise garden residences integrate sky gardens with modern residential buildings,thus relieving the conflict between urban density and ecological needs to a certain extent.However,current research on high-rise garden residences primarily focuses on ecological benefits and technical applications,but it lacks in-depth explorations on the relationship between the layout typology and behavior patterns of residents.This limits the potential of high-rise garden residences to improve the living quality of residents and promote social interaction.In recent years,high-rise garden residences have been increasingly affected by both policy incentives and market demand.The increasing market demand for high-quality living spaces and the natural environment promotes the development of high-rise garden residences.However,early designs mainly focused on the layering of architectural forms and the introduction of vertical greening,resulting in shortcomings in spatial privacy,circulation between functional spaces,and effective transitions between public and private zones.Therefore,further exploration of spatial layout typologies is needed.Moreover,a deeper understanding of the connotations of modern living culture are required to better organize spatial layouts and create stronger connections between residents and their high-rise garden spaces,thus satisfying the evolving residential needs of contemporary society.From the perspective of the spatial composition,this study first employs convex space analysis methods that are suitable to study residential spaces.It reviews the latest studies on the characteristics of residential spatial composition,focusing on layout configurations and spatial composition features.Furthe
