摘　　要：我国正处于巩固脱贫攻坚成果和乡村振兴的关键时期,探索适配乡村统筹发展的路径对实现全域高质量发展至关重要。以祥云县132个乡村为研究对象,基于“群落化”理论,从产业导向的视角切入,建立“产业功能-网络关联”的双重聚合逻辑,构建产业功能的评价体系,并采用优化的引力模型、Louvain算法识别乡村网络关联区域,最终划分出5种乡村群落类型。从资源整合、产业协同、设施共享和社会共治方面提出针对性的发展策略,强调在尊重本地产业特色的基础上,进行区域统筹和错位发展,同时严控生态保育区新建扩建。以期为云南高原乡村振兴提供参考。Owing to rapid urbanization and industrialization,China's rural areas have reached a critical juncture of transformation.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee emphasized the integrated development of new industrialization,urbanization,and comprehensive rural revitalization,presenting rural development with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The rural areas in the Yunnan Plateau are at a crucial stage of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and stimulating the intrinsic momentum of rural revitalization.Despite their unique natural resource advantages,these areas are constrained by their remote geographical location,predominantly mountainous terrain,and insufficient cultivated land per capita,leading to a developmental juxtaposition characterized by"industrial homogeneity"and"individual logic."As the second-largest economic contributor in Dali Prefecture,Xiangyun County is representative of plateau agriculture in Yunnan Province.It is poised to become a"center for advanced manufacturing,an international land port for trade and services,and a new type of city integrating industry and urban development".It is currently experiencing a significant period of developmental opportunity.However,it also faces challenges owing to the difficulty of implementing macro-planning strategies for county-level industrial development,inadequate connectivity and integration among plateau and mountainous rural areas,and a weak industrial foundation that requires consolidating poverty alleviation measures.Therefore,this study focuses on the construction of a rural development community with 132 administrative villages in Xiangyun County,2 townships,and 8 towns from the perspective of regional integration.This approach aims to transition rural areas from dispersion to collaboration and from singularity to diversity,achieving sustainable development in the economic,social,and environmental dimensions.According to a comparative analysis of the theories related to rural collaborative development,"r
