微更新视域下的老旧社区畸零空间设计探究——以贵阳市云岩区宅吉片区为例

摘　　要：伴随着我国城市化进程的迅速推进,城市出现了许多畸零空间,解决这一问题已然成为迫在眉睫的任务。城市微更新顺势而生,并且在畸零空间的改造中承担着至关重要的角色。文章以贵阳市云岩区宅吉片区典型老旧社区为例,从城市微更新视角切入,对片区内畸零空间进行调查与分析,根据社区的现存问题探析针对性的整改策略,重塑老旧社区畸零空间,以期赋予城市老旧空间新的活力,为其注入可持续发展的动力。With the rapid development of urbanization in our country,there are many deformed Spaces in cities,and solving this problem has become an urgent task.Urban micro-renewal is born along with the trend,and plays a crucial role in the transformation of the deformed space.This paper takes the typical old community of Zaiji District,Yunyan District,Guiyang City as an example,and from the perspective of urban micro-renewal,investigates and analyzes the ternary space in the area,explores targeted rectification strategies according to the existing problems in the community,and reshaping the ternary space in the old community.It is expected to give new vitality to the old urban space and inject the power of sustainable development.
