基于城市记忆的历史街区更新改造设计研究——以徐州状元府街区为例

摘　　要：随着城市的快速发展,城市建设与历史街区风貌保护之间的矛盾愈加明显,历史街区所承载的独特记忆逐渐被遗忘。城市记忆画像逐渐褪色使城市失去特色和活力,这也导致城市无法满足本地居民和游客关于城市记忆的消费需求。历史街区作为城市记忆的载体,在历史和生活之间具有重要的关联作用,对其进行保护尤为重要。文章以徐州状元府历史街区为例,从城市记忆入手,对记忆要素进行梳理和归纳,分析街区发展存在的问题并提出合理的保护策略,以期为历史街区保护及更新提供参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of cities,the contradiction between urban construction and the protection of historic districts has become more and more obvious,and the unique memories of historic blocks have gradually been forgotten.The gradual fading of urban memory portraits makes the city lose its characteristics and vitality,which also leads to the inability of the city to meet the consumer demand of local residents and tourists for urban memory.As a carrier of urban memory,historic blocks play an important role in the correlation between history and life,and it is especially important to protect them.Taking Xuzhou Scholar's Mansion Historic Blocks as an example,the article starts from the urban memory,sorts out and summarizes the memory elements,analyzes the problems in the development of the district,and proposes a reasonable protection strategy,with a view to providing a reference for the protection and updating of historic blocks.
