摘　　要：为探究国内现有适应性服装功能与久坐介护老人需求之间的差异,并分析久坐介护老人对服装适应性的需求层次,以指导久坐介护老人适应性服装设计。文章对文献研究与实地调研梳理,总结国内久坐介护老人概念与人群特征;通过实地访谈获取原始需求,并分析提取需求维度和指标,利用Kano分析对用户需求进行分类,并通过AHP层次分析法量化获取用户需求权重优先级排序,从功能、面料、心理三个维度展开设计转化分析;最终,进行久坐介护老人适应性服装设计实践,对久坐介护老人服装适应性需求系统化设计,为该领域相关服装产品的设计与开发提供参考。To explore the differences between the existing adaptive clothing functions in China and the needs of sedentary elderly care,analyze the hierarchy of clothing adaptability needs of sedentary elderly care,and guide the design of adaptive clothing for sedentary elderly care.The article summarizes the concept and population characteristics of sedentary elderly care in China through literature research and field research;Obtain original requirements through on-site interviews,analyze and extract demand dimensions and indicators,use Kano analysis to classify user needs,and quantify the priority ranking of user demand weights through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Conduct design transformation analysis from three dimensions:functionality,fabric,and psychology;Finally,a practical design of adaptive clothing for sedentary elderly care will be carried out,and the systematic design of adaptive clothing requirements for sedentary elderly care will be carried out,providing reference for the design and development of related clothing products in this field.
