摘　　要：目的探讨药物难治性癫痫患者行综合护理对围手术期心理状态及应激反应的效果与价值。方法选择空军军医大学第一附属医院收治的160例药物难治性癫痫患者作为研究对象,按照护理路径不同,分成对照组(采用常规护理路径)以及实验组(采用围手术期综合护理路径),两组患者人数相同。比较心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、心率收缩压乘积(RPP)等围手术期应激指标,并比较组间患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及并发症的发生差异。结果实验组患者SBP、HR、RPP、并发症发生率、SDS评分、SAS评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够有效改善药物难治性癫痫患者围手术期的心理反应,同时可减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effect and value of comprehensive nursing care on perioperative psychological state and stress reaction in patients with drug-refractory epilepsy.Methods 160 patients with drug-refractory epilepsy admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of the study,and were divided into the control group(using the conventional nursing path)and the experimental group(using the perioperative comprehensive nursing path)according to the different nursing paths,with the same number of patients in both groups.Perioperative stress indicators such as heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and the heart rate systolic blood pressure product(RPP)were compared,and the differences in SDS and SAS scores and the occurrence of complications were compared between the groups.Results After the surgical treatment,the indexes of SBP,HR and RPP of patients in the experimental group as well as the incidence of complications and SDS,SAS points in patients were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can not only effectively improve the perioperative psychological response of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worth clinical promotion.
