摘 要:本文建立气相色谱-负化学源-质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Negative Ion Chemical Ionization-Mass Spectrometry,GC-NCI-MS)测定植物源性食品中氟虫腈及其3种代谢产物残留量的方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂,采用程序升温进样,在选择离子监测模式下进行测定,外标法定量。结果显示,氟虫腈及其3种代谢产物质量浓度在0.005~0.200μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)≥0.9991,方法定量限为0.001 mg·kg^(-1);在0.002、0.010、0.020 mg·kg^(-1)的3个加标水平下,测定得到目标物质的回收率为80.6%~109.0%,相对标准偏差在2.1%~10.6%。该方法可为植物源性食品中氟虫腈及其3种代谢产物残留量的检测提供技术支持。A gas chromatography-negative chemical source-mass spectrometry(GC-NCI-MS)method was developed for the determination of residues of fipronil and its 3 metabolites in plant-derived foods.Acetonitrile was used as extraction solvent,temperature programmed injection was used,and the determination was carried out under selected ion monitoring mode.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between fipronil and its three metabolites in the range of 0.005~0.200μg·mL^(-1) with correlation coefficient R^(2)≥0.9991.The limit of quantification was 0.001 mg·kg^(-1).The recoveries were 80.6%~109.0%and the relative standard deviations were 2.1%~10.6%at three additive levels of 0.002,0.010 and 0.020 mg·kg^(-1).This method can provide technical support for the detection of residues of fipronil and its 3 metabolites in plant-derived foods.
