摘 要:目的:建立大米中六六六、滴滴涕残留量的毛细管气相色谱-电子捕获分析方法。方法:样品以石油醚为萃取溶剂,振荡、超声提取,浓硫酸净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器检测。结果:8种有机氯农药峰分离度良好,在0.02~2.00μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限为0.002~0.006 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为75.4%~103.9%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~7.5%。结论:该方法有机氯残留量损失少,分离度更佳,适用于日常检测大米中8种有机氯农药残留量。Objective:To establish a capillary gas chromatography-electron capture analysis method for the residues of hexachlorocyclohexane and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane in rice.Method:The samples were extracted with petroleum ether,extracted by oscillation and ultrasound,purified by concentrated sulfuric acid,and detected by gas chromatographyelectron capture detector.Result:The peaks of 8 organochlorine pesticides were well separated and showed good linear relationships in the concentration range of 0.02~2.00μg·mL^(-1).The correlation coefficients were all above 0.999.The detection limits were 0.002~0.006 mg·kg^(-1),the spiked recoveries were 75.4%~103.9%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.0%~7.5%.Conclusion:This method has less loss of organochlorine residues and better separation,and is suitable for routine detection of 8 organochlorine pesticide residues in rice.
