高校图书馆助力西部农家书屋建设的思考

摘　　要：公民文化素质提升的决定环节在乡村,书香社会建设的薄弱环节在乡村,全民阅读的重点难点在乡村,因此乡村文化的振兴是中华民族文化伟大复兴的前提条件之一。农家书屋的建设和运行是乡村文化建设的重要内容。新时期西部地方高校图书馆以其丰富的文献信息资源、先进的管理理念和新技术手段等优势助力农家书屋服务体系建设是其创新服务的一种有益尝试,可以更好地丰富和满足乡村群众日益增长的精神文化新要求和新期待。The decisive link for improving the cultural quality of citizens lies in rural areas,the weak link in the construction of a bookish society lies in rural areas,and the focus of national reading lies in rural areas.Therefore,the revitalization of rural culture is one of the prerequisites for the great rejuvenation of Chinese national culture.The construction and operation of rural libraries is an important part of rural cultural construction.In the newera,the libraries of local universities in the western region have the advantages of rich literature and information resources,advanced management concepts,and new technological means to assist in the construction of the rural library service system,which is a beneficial attempt to innovate services,in order to better enrich and meet the growing spiritual and cultural new requirements and expectations of rural people.
