摘　　要：心肺功能是人体功能的核心,传统功法能够有效改善老年人和慢性病人群的心肺功能。本文综述了心肺功能的重要性,并提出心肺功能水平影响死亡率,心肺功能影响疾病发生发展,提升心肺功能促进疾病康复,运动是改善心肺功能有效途径,传统功法在老年人和慢性病人群应用的最新进展。并提出传统功法改善心肺功能发展的未来方向,以期为进一步的临床应用提供思路。Cardiopulmonary function is the core of human function,and traditional martial arts can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function of elderly and chronic patient groups.This article reviews the importance of cardiopulmonary function,the level of cardiopulmonary function affecting mortality,the impact of cardiopulmonary function on disease occurrence and development,the promotion of disease recovery by improving cardiopulmonary function,and exercise as an effective way to improve cardiopulmonary function.The latest progress in applying traditional martial arts in the elderly and chronic patient group is also presented.And propose the future direction of enhancing the development of cardiopulmonary function through traditional exercises to provide ideas for further clinical applications.
