摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是常见的消化系统疾病,如果控制不及时,可进一步演变为肠上皮化生、异型增生、胃癌,对健康构成巨大威胁。刘苏主任医师认为,慢性萎缩性胃炎主要病机为“肝郁脾虚,挟热、挟痰、挟瘀”,主张采用“疏肝健脾,清热化痰,化瘀解毒”为治疗原则,临证疗效明显。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease of digestive system.If it is not controlled in time,it can further evolve into intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,and gastric cancer,posing a huge threat to human health.Dr.Liu Su,the chief physician,believes that the main pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is“liver depression and spleen deficiency,accompanied by heat,phlegm,and blood stasis”.He advocates the treatment principle of“soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and phlegm,and resolving blood stasis and detoxifi cation”,with obvious clinical effi cacy.
