摘　　要：导管消融是心房颤动(房颤)患者最广泛使用的介入治疗方案,但术后复发仍是问题。左心耳在心血管疾病中的作用得到了阐明,消融前左心耳指标对术后复发的预测价值也已被探讨。本文对左心耳形态结构和功能参数与房颤患者消融术后复发关系的研究进展进行综述。Catheter ablation is the most widely used interventional treatment option for patients with atrial fibrillation(AF),but postoperative recurrence remains a problem.The role of the left atrial appendage in cardiovascular diseases has been clarified,and the predictive value of the left atrial appendage index before ablation for postoperative recurrence has also been discussed.This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between the morphological structure and functional parameters of left atrial appendage and recurrence of atrial fibrillation post-ablation.
