摘 要:针对桥梁测力支座的测力元件无法满足桥梁全寿命使用要求的问题,提出了一种可更换测力体的竖向测力支座,结合了普通球型支座的结构特点和测力支座的测力原理,以球型钢支座为主体,在支座内部圆周均匀布置多个测力体(传感器),能解决测力体更换不方便且更换后测力不稳定的问题。通过对可更换测力体竖向测力支座进行结构设计、有限元静力学仿真以及竖向测力性能试验,验证了这种测力支座结构的可行性和测力体更换的便捷性,试验表明该测力支座的测力元件更换便捷且测力精度可靠,为测力支座在现代智慧桥梁中的全面应用提供了理论支撑与工程建设参考。In response to the fact that the force measuring components of the force bearing cannot meet the full service life requirements of the bridge,the vertical force bearing with replaceable force measuring body(VFBRFMB) was proposed in this paper.It combines the structural characteristics of ordinary spherical bearings and the force measuring principle of force measuring bearings,which is mainly composed of spherical steel bearings,and multiple force measuring bodies(sensors) are uniformly arranged on the inner circumference of the bearings by optimized structural design.It can solve the problem of inconvenient replacement of force measuring bodies.The feasibility of this force measurement bearing structure and the convenience of force measuring body replacement of VFBRFMB were verified by structural design,finite element static simulation,and vertical force measurement performance.The experiment showed that the force measuring components of this force measuring bearing are easy to replace and the force measurement accuracy is reliable.It provides theoretical support and engineering construction reference for the comprehensive application of force measuring bearings in modern smart bridges.
