摘 要:大跨度预应力连续刚构桥在铁路和公路桥梁领域应用广泛,探明全桥预应力管道灌浆质量,是准确评估桥梁结构刚度和承载性能的必要前提,这对于保障桥梁长期安全运行意义重大。结合某在役大跨度连续刚构桥上部结构拆除工程,基于拆除预应力管道切面中1 835个预应力束实际灌浆质量数据开展了分布规律和相关性研究。首先,采用直接表观4级质量评价方法对桥梁预应力管道灌浆质量进行检测,获得全桥灌浆质量分布数据库。数据表明底板管道灌浆质量整体明显好于顶板,多数预应力管道3、4等级测点数量在10%~50%;个别预应力管道灌浆的3、4等级测点数量超过半数。然后,基于检测数据建立了灌浆质量参数的量化计算方法,分析了桥梁不同结构部位的预应力管道灌浆质量分布规律。结果表明顶板束在跨中部位易出现灌浆质量不良,底板束在锚头位置易出现质量不良。最后,对灌浆质量与测点位置、管道长度的参数相关性进行量化分析。结果表明灌浆质量与测点位置具有较强的相关性,与管道长度相关性较小。研究结果可为该类桥梁灌浆薄弱部位检测提供指导,为桥梁服役性能评价提供一定的数据参考。Large span prestressed continuous rigid frame bridges are widely used in the fields of railway and highway bridges.Exploring the grouting quality of prestressed pipelines throughout the bridge is a necessary prerequisite for accurately evaluating the stiffness and load-bearing performance of the bridge structure,which is of great significance for ensuring the long-term safe operation of the bridge.Based on the dismantling project of the upper structure of a large-span continuous rigid frame bridge in service,a study was conducted on the distribution pattern and correlation of 1 835 actual grouting quality data of prestressed tendons in the section of the dismantled prestressed pipeline.Firstly,the direct apparent level 4 quality evaluation method is used to detect the grouting quality of prestressed pipelines in bridges,and a database of grouting quality distribution for the entire bridge is obtained.The data shows that the overall grouting quality of the bottom plate pipeline is significantly better than that of the top plate,and the number of 3rd and 4th grade measuring points for most prestressed pipelines is between 10% and 50%;More than half of the 3 and 4 grade measuring points for grouting of individual prestressed pipelines are present.Then,based on the detection data,a quantitative calculation method for grouting quality parameters was established,and the distribution law of grouting quality of prestressed pipelines in different structural parts of the bridge was analyzed.The results indicate that the top plate bundle is prone to poor grouting quality at the mid span,while the bottom plate bundle is prone to poor quality at the anchor head position.Finally,a quantitative analysis is conducted on the correlation between grouting quality,measurement point location,and pipeline length parameters.The results indicate that there is a strong correlation between grouting quality and measurement point location,but a relatively small correlation with pipeline length.The research results can provide guidance for t
