摘　　要：The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation(LMC)mechanism was first proposed by China at the 17th ASEANChina Summit in November 2014 and officially launched in March 2016.Over the past decade,the strategic mutual trust between China and the five Mekong countries has been enhanced continuously,helping the LMC become recognized as a benchmark for regional and South-South cooperation.
