摘  要:文章首先选取某住宅小区建筑项目作为研究对象,针对免抹灰混凝土材料进行严格的选择与质量控制;接着,详细设计免抹灰节能施工技术的各个环节,包括工程测量放线、钢筋安装、模板施工、免抹灰混凝土施工以及刮腻子施工。通过对比分析传统抹灰施工技术与研究技术的能耗和效率,评估新技术的应用效果。施工能耗分析表明,该技术在电力和水资源消耗上均低于传统抹灰施工技术,同时提升了施工效率,确保了项目在规定周期内完成。该技术不仅提高了施工效率和工程质量,还降低了施工成本,具有显著的技术优势和应用前景,有望为建筑行业的可持续发展做出重要贡献。Firstly,this paper selects a residential area construction project as the research object,and carries out strict selection and quality control for non plastering concrete materials.Then,each link of plasterless energy-saving construction technology is designed in detail,including engineering survey and setting out,reinforcement installation,formwork construction,plasterless concrete construction and puttying construction.By comparing and analyzing the energy consumption and efficiency of the traditional plastering construction technology and the research technology,the application effect of the new technology is evaluated.The analysis of construction energy consumption shows that this technology is lower than the traditional plastering construction technology in power and water consumption,and the construction efficiency is improved to ensure that the project is completed within the specified period.This technology not only improves the construction efficiency and engineering quality,but also reduces the construction cost.It has significant technical advantages and application prospects,and is expected to make an important contribution to the sustainable development of the construction industry.
