摘　　要：为解决建筑工程项目中施工质量与效率不达标的问题,文章从绿色智能建筑信息技术的主要应用与研究方法角度出发,分析了传感器与BIM技术、智能网络技术、设备联动控制与管理技术、环境监测与控制技术的应用,并研究了绿色智能建筑信息技术的应用领域,以期为相关人员或工程项目提供参考。In order to solve the problem of substandard construction quality and efficiency in construction projects,this article analyzes the application of sensors and BIM technology,intelligent network technology,equipment linkage control and management technology,environmental monitoring and control technology from the perspective of the main application and research methods of green intelligent building information technology,and studies the application fields of green intelligent building information technology,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel or engineering projects.
