摘  要:文章首先介绍了BIM技术和复杂建筑空间布局的基本理论;然后结合具体案例,详细阐述了BIM技术在复杂建筑空间布局中的应用,包括项目初始化与数据整合、空间布局的精细建模、功能流线与模拟分析、协同工作与实时反馈等。研究结果显示,BIM技术的应用既能提高设计的协调性和效率,又能促进项目的可持续发展,对推动建筑行业的绿色发展具有显著价值。The article first introduces the basic theories of BIM technology and complex building spatial layout;Then,combined with specific cases,the application of BIM technology in complex building spatial layout was elaborated in detail,including project initialization and data integration,fine modeling of spatial layout,functional flow lines and simulation analysis,collaborative work and real-time feedback,etc.The results show that the application of BIM technology can not only improve the coordination and efficiency of design,but also promote the sustainable development of projects,which has significant value in promoting the green development of the construction industry.
