基于乡村有效治理的危房改造案例分析

摘　　要：文章旨在探讨乡村有效治理的实践路径,基于动态演化的博弈理论,以山东省乳山市大单家村危房改造项目为例,分析了多方主体协同参与、创新性设计与技术应用在乡村治理中的作用。研究结果指出,多方协同参与模式有效提升了方案可行性和村民参与度,创新设计和技术的应用显著改善了居住条件和能源效率,为乡村可持续发展提供了新思路。This article aims to explore the practical path of effective rural governance.Based on dynamic evolutionary game theory,taking the dilapidated house renovation project in Dadanjia Village,Rushan City,Shandong Province as an example,the role of multi-party collaborative participation,innovative design,and technological application in rural governance is analyzed.The research results indicate that the multi-party collaborative participation model effectively improves the feasibility of the plan and the participation of villagers.Innovative design and technological application significantly improve living conditions and energy efficiency,providing new ideas for sustainable rural development.
