房建工程旋挖灌注桩基础施工技术要点分析

摘　　要：文章以某房建工程为研究对象,对该工程边坡稳定性进行了分析与评价。基于该工程回填区域多、深度大且土体黏聚力差的特点,为减小钻孔对土体的扰动影响,文章提出了创新性旋挖灌注桩“多段式成孔方法”,并详细阐述了钢护筒设计与埋设、沉渣控制、导管安装等施工关键技术。该工程竣工后,桩基检测均达到验收合格标准,取得了理想的施工成果。Taking a housing construction project as the research object,this paper analyzes and evaluates the slope stability of the project.Based on the characteristics of the project,such as large backfill area,large depth and poor soil cohesion,in order to reduce the impact of drilling on soil disturbance,this paper puts forward the innovative“multi-stage hole forming method”of rotary excavation cast-in-place pile,and expounds in detail the key construction technologies such as steel casing design and embedding,sediment control,conduit installation,etc.After the completion of the project,the pile foundation detection has reached the acceptance standard and achieved ideal construction results.
