高速铁路双块式无砟轨道道床板裂缝成因及防治措施分析

摘　　要：随着高速铁路在全球范围内的快速发展,无砟轨道逐渐成为高铁建设的主流选择。然而,在实际应用中,双块式无砟轨道道床板裂缝问题频发,严重影响了轨道系统的安全性和使用寿命。文章以中铁十五局集团第五工程有限公司所承建的沪苏湖铁路站前II标CRTS双块式无砟轨道道床板施工为实例,根据裂缝的类型分析裂缝产生的主要原因,并提出针对性的防治措施,以期为高铁无砟轨道的安全运营提供技术支持。With the rapid development of high-speed railway in the world,ballastless track has gradually become the mainstream choice of high-speed railway construction.However,in practical application,the crack problem of double block ballastless track bed plate occurs frequently,which seriously affects the safety and service life of the track system.Taking the construction of CRTs Double Block Ballastless Track Bed Slab in front of Shanghai Suhu Railway Station II undertaken by the Fifth Engineering Co.,Ltd.of China Railway 15th Bureau Group as an example,this paper analyzes the main causes of cracks according to the types of cracks,and puts forward targeted prevention measures,in order to provide technical support for the safe operation of high-speed railway ballastless track.
